Important information
The apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor. You will need to climb stairs to reach the 1st floor. The 2nd bedroom in the attic has its own toilet and is accessible via a relatively steep staircase. An EV charging station / wallbox with up to 22 kW is available by arrangement.
